How to use

Apply to wet hair and massage through the scalp and roots to create a gentle lather.

Not pleased with the new change

Not pleased with the new change. It does not work as well as the stuff I have been using for years. I bought it because you no longer offer the product that I have been using. It makes my hair frizzy and limp. I have natural curl in my hair and this product dose not help with that.

Just to clarify, the Nourish Shampoo formula itself hasn’t changed — it’s the same product you’ve previously purchased, with updated packaging only. That said, hair can respond very differently over time depending on what else has been happening to it.

If you’re open to sharing, it would be really helpful to know whether anything else has changed since you last used Nourish, for example:

* have you been into the salon recently (even for root colour between foils)?
* have you had any color done at home?
* or have there been any other changes to your hair, routine, or environment?

These things can all impact curl behavior and moisture balance, and can sometimes result in hair feeling frizzy yet limp, even with a product that’s previously worked well.

Good shampoo but poor delivery

The shampoo is very good but the delivery was not well managed. The shampoo bottle was not sealed so half the product spilled in the box. We reached out to customer service but no reply
