bhave only ship within Australia. If you require shipments to other parts of the world please contact bhave haircare international pty ltd on orders@bhavehair.com.au
Please provide an address where you will be located during office hours (9am to 4pm). Goods are packed and shipped within 5 business days, a tracking number will be sent once items have been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time: Please allow 3-10 days delivery for Regular post orders and 1-3 days for Express post orders.
Once an order has been dispatched, bhave are unable to amend delivery location or redirect parcels.
Returns Policy
Before returning any items to bhave, to avoid any unnecessary delays or difficulties, please contact bhave at hello@bhavehair.com with your order number and details about the item you would like to return. bhave will respond with a return reference number and instructions on how to return the item/s.
The conditions relating to the return of any items are as follows:
bhave are unable to accept responsibility for items you return, until these are received by bhave. It is therefore advised that when shipping returns to bhave that meet the above required criteria, customers should select a service that provides tracking of the shipment.
You should expect to receive any refund due to you within two weeks of bhave receiving the returned item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time includes the time it takes bhave to process your return once bhave receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
